Thinking about a career within the casino industry onboard a luxury cruise liner?

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and keen candidates with a good command of English language to be trained as a Casino Dealers or Casino Cashiers.
No previous casino experience is required.

Once approved for training & further employment with Carnival, you will commence 30 day DEALER TRAINING SCHOOL in VILNIUS & will learn three major casino games - American Roulette, Blackjack & Poker and will have a guaranteed placement onboard Carnival or Princess vessels subject to successful completion of training, passing medical & receiving the US C1D Visa.

Trainee will join CCCD on 5$ per day salary and half tips (average earnings 1000-1200$ per months) and will receive a company paid ticket.
At the end of 90 days probationary period every Trainee Dealer will be evaluated and if evaluation is successful, and the guest service is up to CCCD standards, trainee will move up to a full tips. Average earnings around 1600-1700$ or more depending on the vessel & itinerary. At the end of the contract trainee will be evaluated once again and should be returning for his/ hers second contract as a regular casino dealer with 10$ per day salary plus tips.

TRAINEE GENERAL CASHIERS (TGC2) will receive 100 hour course (10-14 days) in ST. PETERSBURG, VILNIUS and will be trained according to the CCCD cash desk operation policies. TGC2 will be hired on 25$ per day plus a company paid ticket and after successfully passing through 90 days evaluation can be promoted to a regular Cashier on 35$ per day. On completion of the contract, TGC will be evaluated once more and have a possibility to be promoted to a General Cashier (GC) on 45$ per day for his/ hers return on a second contract. The next step would be a 55$ per day to a Head Cashier Position.
